All week we’ve had 20 people at each session, and Friday saw 13 dedicated Campers show their faces, despite the weekend looming!
As well as being just 28 days away from launch, each Fitstreet Boot Camp just happens to last exactly 28 days too!

That’s right. It’s time to don your trainers, grab your water bottle and prepare to lose those excess pounds fast, with my new outdoor fitness camp, coming to Stoke Park in Guildford this April!
From Monday April 21st, Guildford’s first Fitness Boot Camp for Ladies will make its debut, running 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
All proceeds from the first four week camp will go to the Breast Cancer Care charity, a highly worthwhile cause.
The cost for the 4 week Camp is only £99, which at 12 sessions, works out to little over £8 a time!
For many of you, this Camp will be very different to the kind of training you may have done in the past, either as a Personal Training client of mine or as a gym member at your own club.
It involves a diverse mix of resistance exercises, team events, running, circuits and even a few tasks you may remember from your P.E. days back at school.
Boot Camp is the latest fitness craze that’s here to stay. It’s big in the States and now I’m bringing it to YOU in Guildford, for all ladies who want to work hard, change their bodies and see results fast.

It’s called Fitstreet Boot Camp and it could be coming to a park near you very soon.
‘What’s Boot Camp?’ many of you might ask.
Fitstreet Boot Camp is a well organised, results-driven fitness program that takes your exercise program outdoors, to a new level, into the open space of parks and woodland, welcoming men and women of all shape, size and age.
As a member you simply work at a level that suits your current fitness while enjoying the fun, competitive edge that’s created when everyone pushes themselves together that little bit further!
Each session is different and by working in teams and pairs, you make exercise more fun, more challenging and, with the intensity that this style of training allows, more rewarding.
Exercising with others has been proven to keep you more focused and less likely to quit your program, while allowing you to build camaraderie with your fellow team mates. Everyone involved is in it together!
Each camp will run for 4 weeks, meeting every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning in an outdoors location, potentially starting off in Guildford. Times and locations are to be confirmed in due course, and sessions will have an upper limit of 15 members, ensuring that you don’t get lost in the crowd!
We plan to run a new camp every 5 weeks, giving members a week off between camps.
You’ll receive 12 fat-blasting, fun, challenging and result-guaranteeing sessions that will let you get fit fast and lose fat, while meeting other like-minded people in your area.
